Storytelling is about spending time with the client, watching what they normally do and taking interest in the tools and processes that are fascinating to the outside viewer, yet may appear mundane and everyday to the client.
Greg is a third generation jeweller working in the traditional ways passed on by his father and grandfather. One part of his business pictured here is the melting and stamping of gold bullion.
